Bespoke

A twin of your company.

The companies on the front page are worlds we authored. A bespoke twin is one authored to your shape — your teams and who reports to whom, your repo names, the tools you actually run, and the scenario you actually need an agent to get through — served over the same 13 vendors, behind the same one-line host swap, with the same read-only public copy and private writable ones.

What goes into one

A world is a single authored JSON file of facts — never vendor payloads. You describe what is true of the company; the loader mints every vendor-correct id, resolves every timestamp against a live clock, and serves the result through 13 APIs at once. That is why this is weeks rather than quarters, and why the same company can be re-cut for a different scenario without re-authoring it.

The people

A roster with jobs, reporting lines and the bots that post alongside them — unified across every vendor, so the person who reported the incident in Slack is the person who filed the issue in GitHub.

The work

Repos with branches, commits, pull requests and reviews. Tickets in whichever trackers you actually use. Documents where your documents live. Threads, mail and meetings that reference all of it and each other.

The story

Not a pile of rows: a week with something happening in it. Times are anchored to now, so nothing goes stale, and triggers can change the world under a running agent — which is the thing a recorded transcript cannot do.

What we would need from you

  • The shape, not the data. Team names, tool choices, the kind of week you want captured. Nothing is imported and nothing is connected — a bespoke twin is authored, so no system of yours is ever read.
  • What the agent has to get through. The evaluation, the demo, the onboarding exercise. A world built around a question is worth more than a bigger one built around nothing.
  • Which vendors matter. All 13 are available; the ones you do not name simply answer empty rather than pretending.

And what you would not hand over: no credentials, no exports, no access to anything real. That is the whole point of a set.

Ask for one

This is groundwork — the format is built and running, the way to commission one is not open yet. Say what you would want and you will hear when it is.
